A lot of people told me that the PgMP was easy if you have your PMP. I did not find that to be true. Looking for advice on how to approach preparing for PgMP exam?

Joshua,

my PgMP was earned in 2014 with 500 hours effort and 6 months invested. I would say it was 3 times as difficult as the PMP. One reason was that there are different documents (ECO, Standard) that are not well aligned.

I would today approach it by looking for a trainer/coach that guides you in your learning: preparing the application, bootcamp to understand the principles, learning feedbacks and a good set of mockup questions. Will save some of the 500 hours.

Good luck. Happy to help. My best wishes to the 'lot of people'.
