Best tool for hybrid projects

I am wandering what tools are best used in hybrid projects where the development is agile and most other activities are waterfall?

Hello Joshua,

The tools like Asana, Wrike, Click Up, ProjectManager.com supports hybrid methodologies. These tools allow development in an agile manner. It has a kanban view and Gantt chart that can solve your problem. I am not clear about what other activities you are referring to but I guess here it means managing other parts of the project - collaboration, general task management for other departments, planning, road mapping, etc.

If you are looking for tools that have functionalities like requirements management and test case management and general project management then I would suggest you to try out Jama Software, Xebrio, and Inflectra.
