Which one among these are the best Agile based certification and why you preffer one among mentioned others?

this is just a small subset of the hundreds of available options.
There is no "best" - it comes down to the purpose for getting the certification and what your target employer cares for.
If you are joining a company which uses a lean/Kanban delivery approach, NO Scrum-focused certification would help...

What is the context of the need?
What is the career path/intention of the individual?
Those on the list are a mix between Scrum Master specific and Agile generalistic.
And to Kiron's point, there are others as well. Again, depends on the context and need of the individual.
In short, best is relative to the individual/organization.
