I know there are any number of boot camps available, but do really good self-study books exist for the PgMP (books as good as Rita Mulcahy's PMP study guide)? Thanks.

I will soon start prepraing for the PgMP and planning to study the guide, probably Dr. Ginger Levin's book and do a few simulation exams.
