Dear Rachel
Ther are standards for Measurements of items and there are laso stadard rates for different items of construction with details of description of each published by concern ministries and there arecertain specified norms of what should be labour cost content ,material cost content, their ratio ,adminisrative cost and overheads, wastages etc but those are tentetive.
Actual costs are dependent on the volume of item, scope of work, total work volume ,period available for construction, constraints at site, Rules and regulation, Taxes, and cess ,variability in lube and oil costs, availability of resources, degree of continuity of work, climate , accessibility and ease of work etc.
So ,i doubt anywhere such standards are available.
regards
Mohan

Thanks, Mohan! I'm looking for normal ratios (not actual amounts) for labor vs. materials vs. management fees.
