Hi Everyone,

Who else is joining today's conference? Which session are you most looking forward to? How are you liking the video/networking?

I'm taking over PMIEvents (@PMIEvents) twitter for the entire event so please feel free to share your experience here or on Twitter!

After 3-4 refreshes and another login per every session, browser is the ONLY application running on a high end system:

When will PMI or its technial partner be able to provide an acceptable viewing experience ?
At webcast engineers:
Stop asking repeatedly for relogins, refreshes and more:
It is the server side, not the clients !

Hi Anon, This has happened with one session for the entire conference. The rest of the conference has been flawless. I've checked with people on Twitter and they've all confirmed that everything is working.

Come and take a look again. The current session from NASA is really good!

A few thoughts that I've had during the conference so far:
- The impact and need for change is unrelenting and it's very much a case of "adapt or die"
- The collaboration between your organisation and teams is the core of success
- The value of Lessons Learned for overall program and organisation success.

If you're taking part of the conference, what has been your takeaways?

The "adapt or die" quote has resonated with me ever since I saw "Hanna", maybe it has appeared elsewhere before but I remember using it as my motto after the film.
Overall I enjoyed this event more than PMXPO and most sessions I was able to attend live were engaging. Some parts I listened to on mobile due to time differences and the fact I had to commute at that time. The experience was limited on mobile in terms of slides not showing but the event made me want to revisit on demand for what I missed. I also agree with the holistic approach where each piece of the puzzle must seamlessly fit to form an optimal bigger picture.

The term humility has come up a lot today. We need to be humble in order to lead and to adapt when crisis happens.

That's very true. I didn't think of it like that but you're completely right.

The final session of today is from PMIs Michael DePrisco and it's all about the Project Economy. I'm looking forward to this one to learn more about the 'future' aspect of the project economy

Who led the Digital Transformation of your company?
A) CEO
B) CTO
C) COVID-19?
.... Which one would you choose? In most cases it's C.

Thank you Emily for moderating on Twitter! Glad to engage with you there. So much to share. So little space with the character limits. Stay safe and healthy!

I attended it, and really like the virtual hall we walked into at the beginning. Haha!
