Here's the thing: I had other priorities, and trying now to catch up. The exam is in 2 weeks. Has anyone studied for only 2 weeks? and passed :) ?? Oh yes, and working from home full time and kinda... shared babysitting until 9 pm :) Saving Changes...

Soha, did you pass? I'm taking the test in November and getting nervous.
Hi Terese,
I just rescheduled it again. at the time of the post I wasn’t confident as I purchased the simulator late and didnt get above 75%.
The thing is (for me) you need continuous study time otherwise you have to restart again .. with covid and different parallel stuff, really complicated.
But we’ll do it ! Follow your gut and if you score above 80 on all domains.
Good luck! Saving Changes...

Thanks! If you don't mind my asking, what % were you at when first taking the simulator vs a month later? Saving Changes...

First time I got 68% and I was shocked but I didn’t finish the questions (got distracted by kids as well :-))
As it was one or 2 days before the exam I postponed...
I can’t say about a month later cuz I only did 3 or 4 tests in 2 weeks and felt overwhelmed. So found it counterproductive. My scores went from almost 80 first time to less and then up. So my personal opinion or what I think i will do I will be sure of my knowledge and revision , do one test, review the bad areas, and do one or max 2 tests spaced by few days or a week. I feel that I had kind of saturation at some point. Again, that’s my case and everyone has different configuration and situation.
Don’t hesitate to share your magical recipe!

Soha, I shared the same predicament for my exam in late July that you are experiencing. I started my PMP journey in May with a bootcamp and circumstances led to me putting the books down for the first two weeks in July.
My exam readiness recipe used included:
- Commitment to 3 hours per night plus weekend time to do a full practice
- Practice tests to reveal the areas that need work (These were 50 question "lite tests" for benchmarks, then cost, and diagrams)
- Writing knowledge area flashcards based on checking the PMBOK
- Updating my 30-pages of bootcamp notes
- Writing formulas from memory
- Reading the definitions
Best wishes and please keep us updated!

Soha,
I wish you the best for your exam.
I have scheduled to take the PMP exam in late November 2020.
Earlier this year, in September 2020, I took my CAPM and passed. The preparation for CAPM helped me significantly in developing my understanding of the Process Groups and the processes. In my view, there is no magical recipe to pass this exam except spending time understanding the processes and their interrelationship with other processes under each of the process groups and knowledge areas.
I have an approach similar to the one suggested by Darren. The other thing that is helping me better is taking the PMChallenge questions. I have been alternating between full-blown practice questions and PMChallenge questions.
Ricardo Vargas website has a wealth of information as well. Check it out if you have not done so already.
You may already have gone through some of these websites and app, if not, then give them a shot.
All the best!
Cheers, Ash Saving Changes...

UPDATE: I passed my PMP with 4AT &1T.
What a journey!
Im really grateful for everything I could do this year even though the COVID and its bad impacts.
I want to say thanks to you, the great community. With your support and advises it was easier.
As many things in life, it takes determination, discipline, and patience.
Happy and proud to be officially a certified project manager !
Time to enjoy holidays :)

Here's what I have done: - read Rita's twice ( first time was in the summer). - did 4 simulations ( got between 80 and 85%) - prepcast simulator. - did the ITTO (got 69%) - horrible feeling LOL (but studied corrections the day after). - took 2 hours to review some definitions before the exam.
I didn't have time for deep look into PMBOK. or to read what my chapter provided when I initially took the course, or to do repeat the exercices in Rita's (since the summer).
during the exam: - didn't do brain dump. - left calculation questions till the end. - there was a lot on agile and they were long, so I felt they shouldn't be all scored (maybe esp with the exam change in few days), so didn't spend too much on them ;) - there was some weird questions used the best guess with no regrets.
Closed my eyes when the exam ended, held my breath, then waited until I got in my car to celebrate as I can't at the test center :)
Good luck for all PMP aspirants. Saving Changes...
