Hi Sajitha, Navigator sounds familiar but it is not a PM tool that I know. Let me ask you, Why do you have particular interest in this tool? Does it have something other PM tools does not?
I am very interested on this topic since I am constantly taking ideas to improve mine PM Saas.
However let me tell you that through wikipedia you may be able to find this tool or many other alternatives. Also Drup.org has a reviewed which I obviously liked since I am a biased user.
