I am asking this question because i am not that much stronger in English Language to write a topic on. Saving Changes...

I have seen posts in Spanish and Portugues, so yes, it should be possible, at least in the discussion forums.
Official language of PMI is English.
Consider to translate your post into English via Google and post it, it only then has a global reach, and I hope that is one of your goals.
Also, many are not aware of this, there is a translate button at the end of the web page.

I have participated in posts written in Spanish. So, go ahead and write in your language. I will not be able to answer but it does not matter, others will do.

"Nearly every great advance in science arises from a crisis in the old theory, through an endeavor to find a way out of the difficulties created. We must examine old ideas, old theories, although they belong to the past, for this is the only way to understand the importance of the new ones and the extent of their validity."
