NON-Technical Customers term for "Projects Services"

In my company, we are finding that “IT Projects” or “Project Services” may really only resonate with Technical Buyer Personas.

That said, We're looking for a term (or phrase) that is more Customer-facing. “Professional Services” has been mentioned, but this term apparently falls flat for many, and may be too broad.

Can you please provide 1 or 2 terms you’ve heard our Customers use to describe “IT Projects”?

software services/software work is what a lot of our customers will convey to our call center. Adding software seems to let them know that there is work being done.

Technology changes, technology enablement or business automation are other ways of phrasing this.

I've seen generalized terms such as consultative services and project technology consulting used to convey the messaging that its a software-based service.
