I have been taking notes since I was a teenage secretary for my church. Now as Project Manager, I can take shorthand effortlessly and finish my notes off from memory. With so many meetings professionally I am finding it too onerous to take minutes. Is there a software you can recommend that will do it accurately once the file is uploaded?

You do not have to write everything. You have to write what matters. Mainly because if you write everything then people will not pay attention during the session. But just in case you like to right everything my recommendations is record the session and then extract what you consider important to publish from it. Saving Changes...
