Hot to gain Promoter badge:
You must refer 4 new members (feature no longer available) to earn this badge, how to refer 4 new members.

Trailblazer badge is provided by PMI directly based on their evaluation of someone’s contributions so there is no set of prescribed actions to earn this badge. That’s the feedback I got from PMI earlier.

For the Promoter badges, I think those are retired now.
