Let's say my vendor did a level 3 SAP business process document... How do I know its of standards!

My vendor did an initial draft of the level 3 SAP business process blueprint that he asked me if its OK. There are no details but just a template with some examples. How am I suppose to know that his level 3 sap business process document is of standards?
