PMP Exam Sample Question, What will be the answer?

None of the above. There is no single way to be agile. Sprints, backlogs and use of tools like burn down charts are commonly used, but alternate approaches (e.g. lean Kanban) wouldn't require their usage...

Dear Kiron, thank you.

i posted this question because, i was thinking the answer will be B, when i searched find three answers all of them were B, but PM Challenge question's answers was C, i took it is screen shot.

i face such problem more then 5 times.

Dear Kiron, thank you.

I am really not a fan of the PM Challenge questions quality so I'm not surprised - stick to reputable (unfortunately paid) question pools, Ahmad!

The only reason I'd pick C would be that its the only one that mentions a charter, and for the exam you need to know that without the existence of an approved charter a project should not exist.

I agree. I mentioned the many errors to PMI and they asked me what they were. I replied that I didn't want to do 1000 questions again to find them for them. They should review them themselves.
