O365 Migration - Post Cutover Support Plan

I'm currently managing an O365 Migration project. Typically, we do provide a post-cutover support (next day support) to help with any end user/performance issue. I'm interested to see if anyone has an official support plan template that I might be able to use for this type of projects?
