Has anyone recently (last 2 months) received the hard printed copy of the PMP certificate after passing the exam?
I got certified in April 2020 but haven't received the hard copy of the certificate yet. Have tried reaching out to PMI customer care but haven't received a response yet.

The shared frustration experienced by recent certification holders should trigger PMI to reconsider this policy. Fees for this was paid like in my case and I still need my hard copy
Agree with you 100%! You should reach out/contact Glenn Farrow as I have in my comment above. Actually, we all should. It looks like he respresents PMI and should be made aware of the seriousness of the matter. Saving Changes...
The business process model that included printing and shipping all certificates from the US to certificant holders world-wide was not sustainable. The lock downs and supply chain disruptions from 2020 caused PMI to make a difficult decision in regards to this matter. Please be advised that we continue to review options as we enter 2022 and appreciate your feedback!!!
A high quality printed certificate should be provided by PMI.
The foil seal can't be reproduced by a local print shop. It looks cheap, and we all know these certifications aren't cheap. The certificate should have a look and feel that matches the high quality of the credential.
It's such a small thing but it means a lot to have that tangible piece of paper from the organization. I can't imagine that PMI prints so many certificates that it produces the largest impact in regards to your carbon footprint. It's a relatively small cost and it's passed on to the exam taker anyway.
Very disappointing. I want the paper copy. I earned it. I paid for it.
At least provide an option to those of us who want it. Saving Changes...

Dear Sirs
Have you still not realized that PMI is (if it hasn't finished) being the object of digital transformation?

My response in in full awareness of this digital transformation. However, this digital transformation doesn't mandate PMI to stop the provision of a service that was effectively paid for. I was certified in March 2020 way before this policy was announced, thus I'm due a hard copy certificate

PMI recently told me they were re-evaluating their options with regard to official printed paper certificates. Perhaps they will reverse course and start issuing them again sometime in the near future!

Hi Adam - thanks for the update! This is great news! It's a start anyway. I was hoping they would reconsider with the new board members. Here's to us all getting our printed certificates!

Thank you for responding to the initial inquiry from a year ago. I understand PMI's perspective, but when we pay $500 for a certification, we have high expectations of the company.
I anticipate a downloadable digital copy and a digital badge from Udemy for a $10 course. But after months of diligent study and passing the exam, a physical copy is required.
If PMI cannot offer a tangible copy, the certification should cost no more than $150. Also, it is unclear why PMI would want my complete postal address since the organization will not deliver a real copy of the certificate.
Failure to give a paper copy of a prestigious certificate from PMI appears to be a major failure on the part of the project manager for PMI. Evidently, quite a few individuals are dissatisfied; I encourage PMI to investigate the problem with the utmost urgency. Saving Changes...

I'd agreed with Manpreet Singh and Naveen Kumar Pulluri. While renewing my PMP Certification in 2020, I received a copy my email and never got a hard copy of my PMP Renewed certification. I called PMI Customer service and they said that hard copy will be mailed to me but never got it. Saving Changes...
