Hello Phyo, I'm sorry to hear about your job loss. I hope that you will be able to find something soon.

Concerning online courses there are a few sites that allow you to do trainings for free.

I quite like edx.org as there are various courses (business, education, personal development etc) that can help you understand topics or even discover new subjects.

There is also Udemy and Coursera where sometimes you can get free courses or for a small fee.

And I have also seen futurelearn.com but did not test yet the platform.
