Free online training is available here with webinars (and you get PDUs), or you can look at the MOOC sites like udemy, coursera, edx.
They might not feature many technical PM classes, but leadership and business/strategy are fairly represented, so you can improve your knowledge along the PMI talent triangle.
Looking for a new job now has the opportunity that you might find a remote job, so you could work for any company on the globe.

Some US Top universities (Hardvard, Stanford...) are offering free courses and micro masters. I did a course "Introduction to IoT" for free at Standford.
