Can't download new PMP application form

Hi ,
I could download partly filled PMP application form before the form changed.
After the form has changed, I updated it. Unfortunately I cannot see download option.
Can anyone help me with it?

As far as I am aware, with the new changes, you can't download your application until you submit it. After submission, you will see an option to download it.
