PMI-ACP: 21 contact hours of training in agile practices

Hello folks, just wanted to ask what the above means - generally any online course provided by PMI's "Training and Development" with "Agile" in its scope should do right? Also, the assumption I have is that the number of PDUs generally translates into the number of contact hours.
