I have to resource a project basis a 24 hour day. I have 12 people with 6 working from 7am til 7pm, and then the other 6 working 2nd shift from 7pm to 7am. I finally got the working calendar figured out but now I am struggling to get the shifts to start when they are supposed to start. ie, when the first shift is to start a new day at 7am, the people aren't starting until the previous linked task is complete. Regardless of time of day.

Littile confused, Can you please elaborate the exact problem. Also,let me know if you are using 24hrs Calender to modfied the Standard calender default timings.
