What specific changes do you see to help schedule management during the pandemic, if any?

Do you change the way you estimate or apply contingencies, do you use different margins, or other artifacts?
How do you communicate about schedule changes, and obtain information about delays or early finishing of tasks?

Hi Maria,
my personal view is there will be no back to normal.

There is no back to pre-smartphone times, no back to flying to business meetings, no cruises on ships for 5000 etc. Even if there is a vaccine, will it be sustainable or do we have to take it every 6 months?

We now try to design and create a new normal, if the situation stays stable, but we also have accelerating change. But waiting is not a viable option in my view.
