Request exactly what Vendor Eligibility Pending means? I submitted my application for PMP mid June 2020. I received notification to pay for my exam late June but since paying 6/27, my account status has been Vendor Eligibility Pending. I have spoken with Customer Care a half dozen times. All they have told me is they are working on the issue with no resolution or timeline to resolve. Anyone else having this issue? Saving Changes...
I paid for the wxam on Sunday and been waiting for 3 days now. Contacted pearson and PMI via chat daily: they assured me it will be resolved in 3-5 business days. I don’t believe it so i am requesting a refund as this is not fair. Invest people’s money while we sit here powerlessly waiting for weeks?!! Saving Changes...

I didn’t receive any email or notification from neither pearson nor PMI as usual. I had to check every day.

Thanks. I have checked almost 10 times so far today in the hope that I will see an update. Traveling this weekend and so if cannot schedule for tomorrow, I may only take the test after about a month or so. Such a downer!
