To one extent you are correct and true when we look from eyes from Technical Managements since they are not mindful of benefits of Quality process. Although, all the organization strives for Quality product but somehow they compromise the quality on timely delivery which affects the business in long run. Also, during Agile times concept of less documentation has been propagated which has indirectly affecting Audits prominence. Saving Changes...
This is giving me an opportunity to raise a question again, that is quality and processes are not important activity for a project to have successful delivery, because if the quality and processes are not integral part of the project which leads to high defects and rework around those gaps which have been created at every stage of project.
