Would be interesting to know how, in Agile projects, you make sure your team meets all the deadlines?

In agile projects we have a sprint. We just deliver by sprint and we know how many tickets are delivered or not delivered.

Any team can meet a deadline - it is what they deliver by that deadline and at what cost and quality level that's important. Agile delivery doesn't enable miracles - if a timeline is not feasible, it is not feasible.

However, with greater transparency and objective measurement of progress, it is possible to get an earlier indication of a negative schedule variance and prioritization of work items means that stakeholders might still get what they need even if they don't get all of what they want.
