It looks like i am given more chance to involve with the projects within the engineering department of my company.
Before, i was only allowed to do the tracking and then report to the managers (i am the interface between line managers and higher managers).
Since this chance is staying right in front of me, i seem cannot find the right direction and seem cannot be on my own. Sometime need to wait until the boss say "do this...", "do that...". It is very different from the previouse time that i was just doing the report or get the reports from others and consilidated and submite.
I can see this is the most importance opportunity for me, but look like cannot find the right direction.
Your advice will be very much appreciated.

Anisa, it sounds as if you just need to get a bit more confidence in doing this new role, if I have understood correctly. Try to take the initiative and don't feel you have to wait to be told what to do. Ask your manager to set clear boundaries for what you can and can't do and build up your confidence slowly.
