I am in the midst of implementing Oracle HR 11i in coordination with the team implementing Oracle Financials/Commercials 11i in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our implementation seems to be on track which is frankly a bit frightening in a too-good-to-be-true sort of way. I am interested in any project plans (MS Project preferably) for other Oracle Applications implementations. Saving Changes...

We are thinking of rolling Oracle financials AP, AR,GL), projects and HR to our other five locations around the world. In your experience how long will it take for us to finish this implementation. We have two in house functional resources and two technical resources full-time dedicated to the project. We also have 5 very junior people offshore that we could use.
I am trying to get a feel of how much effort would it take if we attempt to do this project in-house.
We implemented oracle applications 11 2 years ago with similar personnel. It took us 6 months to be alive. (we had no experience before). Good Luck Saving Changes...

Two years ago, we implemented Oracle Financials 11.03 (GL, AP, FA, CM), Multi-Org, multiple Set-Of-Books. Our staffing levels – 2 dedicated full-time technical resources, one functional “super-user” per module, and a corresponding number of consultants. For us, the blended approach worked well. Integration of numerous legacy applications with the Oracle Financials Apps was a bit of a challenge.
Although I only have a high-level R11.03 implementation project plan available, I too would be interested in receiving any R11i implementation/upgrade project plan documents (*.mpp or *.pdf format, preferred). Thanks! Saving Changes...
I am being driven crazy by Oracle AIM! In the midst of implementing HR and Oracle Student System (OSS). I would welcome any successful plans used on either, preferably using your own approach/methodology rather than Oracles (pdf or mpp preferred). Thanks. Saving Changes...
