Has anyone taken this online course recently and had difficulty with not being able to close various sections? If so have you figured out a workaround? It's quite frustrating as I've ended up doing each module over several times when trying to get sections to show as complete. I have tried various browsers to no avail. Currently I have a ticket with tech support but they say 3-5 business days for an answer. Saving Changes...
Hi Teresa - I was able to complete the courses this year without any drama. One thing I did notice right away was that the courses performed better in Chrome than IE. So if you're completing everything for the course and it's not updating, try a new browser. Good luck with your studies! Saving Changes...
