I am in need of a open source Collaboration tool for the virtual team which is located in multiple location and it is required to have virtual meeting online where everyone can share computer screen and voice connectivity.

I have used dimdim previously and I think it will suit your requirements quite well. It is free, you can do screen sharing and voice connectivity in addition to whiteboard and other features.
