There are lots of good ones out there - do a search for books in this discussion group and you'll find a few similar threads from the past with some great lists.

Personal favorites include:

- The Mythical Man-Month
- The Human Side of Enterprise
- Servant-Leadership
- The Goal

I highly recommend to read "Visualizing Project Management: Models and Frameworks for Mastering Complex Systems", ISBN-13: 978-0471648482, ISBN-10: 0471648485. If you like some more related to "the new wave" of Agile then "Agile Estimating and Planning", ISBN-13: 978-0131479418, ISBN-10: 9780131479418. While examples in both are related to software you can use them for any type of product you need to create.
