Certificate shipment delays??

I became certified in PMI-ACP in March and attained my PMP in April, however I am yet to see my certificates from PMI. Has anyone else encountered issues? Has anyone been provided any information on timing? I have reached out, only to be told that they are delayed and to be expecting them sometime soon (which really isn’t helpful). Thank you for your input!

Congratulations on both fronts. There are certainly some delays but I doubt it’s that much delay given you are in the US so I suggest you contact customer care and they will send you a replacement most probably.

Thank you, and thank you for assisting here. Today, when I contacted PMI, this was the response I received:

“I would like toi inform you that “Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic we are unable to mail certificates at this time. Given the nature of the on-going situation, we cannot confirm a time frame for when mailed packages might be available again in the future. However, we have updated the myPMI Certification Status dashboard to make it easier for you to find and download your digital certificate. Please log in to your PMI account, navigate to your myPMI Dashboard and click on 'View Certificate' to download a printable PDF copy of your certificate.”

Hi Stephen,
Congratulations on your achievements. We are in need together .. I also got certified (PMP) in March and haven't received my certificate too. I contacted the customer service and was told that the COVID-19 pandemic is hampering their efforts to print and issue new certificates. I'm seriously waiting to receive mine
