Thank you, and thank you for assisting here. Today, when I contacted PMI, this was the response I received:
“I would like toi inform you that “Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic we are unable to mail certificates at this time. Given the nature of the on-going situation, we cannot confirm a time frame for when mailed packages might be available again in the future. However, we have updated the myPMI Certification Status dashboard to make it easier for you to find and download your digital certificate. Please log in to your PMI account, navigate to your myPMI Dashboard and click on 'View Certificate' to download a printable PDF copy of your certificate.”
