Hi,
Please anyone can clarify the difference
between close procurement phase in Control procurement process and administrative proc closure in Close Project/phase.
Also, would appreciate if anyone can list the activities sequentially performed in these processes.
Thanks

Admin Closure can include the return of retention monies held. The transfer of warranty information from the project to operational units. The updating of supply chain performance aspects from an overview perspective.
