Dear All,
Happy to inform that after putting a lot of efforts for 3months , i have completed my PMP certification yesterday.

Basically am from Supply chain Management background. i have also done my MBA in Materials Management. Now PMP adds more value to my profile.
Am aware of the entire flow that happens in Supply chain management i.e. From Demand Planning to FG warehouse but i wish to learn how it is being done in the system,so I plan to do course in SAP MM as well. what is your view?
will it be helpful?

Hi,
Current Application is different from what i used 4months back.
I think we Split our experience in 'Hours' and now you should show your experience in 'Months' i believe.
Appllication process is simple and PMI will rarely call for an audit which is again not an issue. Just submit your Academic/PDU certificates. Your application will be approved in 5-7days.

Hi,
My suggestion is to read the pmbok thoroughly and do not leave a single line. Questions will come from any corner of the book.
Also i did not study Rita/Head First. PMBOK alone is enough.

Congratulations. SAP would definitely be useful in your case along with any supply chain certifications that would make you stand out in job competition.
