ProjectLibre is an open-source scheduling tool. It has most (I say most) of the features available in MS Project. Importing to MS Project is not recommended as somehow the date changes (from my experience-but maybe they have fixed it-I don't know). Overall, it is a good scheduling tool for a freeware software.
