Project Outcome Definition

Does anyone know PMI's standard definition of the term "project outcome", or other commonly used definitions?

My recommendation is taking a look to PMI´s Lexicon of Terms. I do not remember if project outcome is there. Where you can find it is inside the PMI´s BRM Practice Standard.

As Sergio has indicated, the Standard for Benefits Realization Management has a definition for Outcome as "The results obtained through the use of portfolio, program, and project outputs."
