That's a really broad question. More context is needed. For example, how are your project teams structured, and what Project Management and Development approaches do you use?

You may not get a strong consensus on one specific tool, from those that respond. We haven't all used all the tools and can only speak to tools we have used within the context we have used them. That may, or may not, align with what you are trying to accomplish.

I agree, but till date not used tool to it's full capacity. I have worked on Jira and Zoho. But faced one major issue of teams not following the process.

Standard way of managing project over emails is not working out.

The tools that best fits for your defined process. If you do not follow that directive then you are acquiring a nightmare instead of a tool.

To choose the best tool, you must consider the project management approach (cascade, agile, hybrid), user criteria, organization type. There are various tools in the market, such as Jira, Primavera, Microsoft Project, Trello, and also Power BI to show global indicators.
