How do you watch webinars?

Can anyone tell how to watch webinars? I installed CISCO web extension for web browser, troubleshooted as per instructions, still I will not be able to join the webinar. All I see on screen -

"To join an event, type the event number that the host gave to you, then click Join Now. Event Number: ......."

This is disappointing, and frustrating. I sent email to PMI support, but didn't get any reply.

Earlier never had any problems.

The link provided in registration email would also not work -

"Please take a minute to review the webinar basics to prepare for your participation in this webinar:"
