Best virtual tools for remote working

Hi everyone,

As we've had a few months where a lot of us are working remotely, what are your 'go to' tools for collaborating with your team?

E.g. I like using Microsoft whiteboard in Teams as a great way to collaborate with individual teams. A colleague of mine prefers mindmaps for this task.

We use all the Microsoft suite plus Zoom.

For our PM and agile courses we have settled on RingCentral (Zoom under the covers for video conferencing) and Miro for the classroom exercises. No real downsides to either and our learners have the side benefit of learning how to use a tool like Miro to collaborate effectively with their team members.

I used to use RingCentral for faxing. It caused too many problems, so I dropped it.

Zoom has become very popular for work conferences, and also we use Skype. For remote access to Project Management platform, Jira and Trello are good options, because they allow access from everywhere via the web.
