As we've had a few months where a lot of us are working remotely, what are your 'go to' tools for collaborating with your team?
E.g. I like using Microsoft whiteboard in Teams as a great way to collaborate with individual teams. A colleague of mine prefers mindmaps for this task. Saving Changes...

There are som many factors that needs to be taken into account when choosing the 'best' tool for anything. My personal approach has always been to use what works but when you work in a corporate environment there might be things in place already (paid for). One of my clients used Zoom quite extensively pre-COVID but then decided to migrate all their users to O365. Now everybody has to access the full O365 suite and spending money on Zoom subscriptions just does not make sense anymore. So for them, Teams is the answer. But regardless, M$ is doing a lot of good work in the collaberation space and by bringing everything together they are putting maor pressure on the pure VC contenders out there. Saving Changes...

For our PM and agile courses we have settled on RingCentral (Zoom under the covers for video conferencing) and Miro for the classroom exercises. No real downsides to either and our learners have the side benefit of learning how to use a tool like Miro to collaborate effectively with their team members.

I used to use RingCentral for faxing. It caused too many problems, so I dropped it. Saving Changes...

Microsoft for everything right now. Teams has been essential in our work while we are still remote. It's a great tool because we are in construction, and our technicians can download the apps and we can share information quickly with those in the field on the fly. Saving Changes...
Zoom is booming with many additional features. Zoom provides a lot of collaboration tools that can enhance the productivity of remote meetings. I'm using one such application (https://bit.ly/MarsviewNotes) an automated meeting assistant that makes my meetings fun Saving Changes...
