I was discussing the need to understand and act on new technologies so that my function can "Advance in Project Management" utilizing upcoming technologies.

Now, this may include, tools, techniques, or methods. So making the P3M professionals in my organization more relevant to upcoming engagements horizontally.

The Future of work report for 2019 touched on PMTQ and I am now thinking of an assessment that can help me baseline an individual's or function level of maturity or maturity quotient.

The intent is to enable me to identify the gap and further define a functional or individual learning or upskilling roadmap.
