I am working on a Continuous Improvement project and wondered if anyone had an example of a Service Level Agreement from a vendor to a client for such an engagement? For example an outline template that could be used/ adapted.

I have worked on vendor agreement, however, we typically tailored it to the client requirements.

I think you'd need to provide some more details of the specific of the SLA you are looking at as a project would have a contract covering a buyer-seller relationship and the obligations of the seller during the life of the contract whereas an SLA is normally something I'd see for an ongoing operations-type relationship?
