Project Management Industry Stats

I'm looking for recommendations on the best sources of project management industry data.

I need to do some research on industry standards around the percentages of IT budgets spent on project management. For instance The industry says that let's say 40% percent of companies surveyed spent 20% of total IT Budget on Project Management.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
