In the current pandemic situation, these are constant terms that we come across.

It's the age of the digital world, and the video conferencing market is evolving more than ever. Imagine a virtual room full of attendees trying to jot down the meeting notes instead of actively participating in the discussion.

That's interesting, I've never used these tools. Typically I use the record feature on meetings and then use that for minutes or have someone else take minutes and send them out after the meeting.
