Working remotely is the new world order in many fields. It doesn't work in all vocations. But as for project management, especially in the IT field, it is very much possible. I have worked remotely off and on for a few years now, long before covid. It's not always supported by all employees or even by management. But, once you show you can get the work done effectively, management and employees seem to accept it, and sometimes over time, they come to accept it by default. Saving Changes...
