Project management & COVID 19

If someone had said a year ago that you could manage projects from home without ever setting a foot in the office, you probably would have thought they were crazy!

But that’s exactly where things stand today.

Working remotely is the new world order in many fields. It doesn't work in all vocations. But as for project management, especially in the IT field, it is very much possible. I have worked remotely off and on for a few years now, long before covid. It's not always supported by all employees or even by management. But, once you show you can get the work done effectively, management and employees seem to accept it, and sometimes over time, they come to accept it by default.
