Isn't it time for PMI to rethink the strategy and permit us to get webinars via Mobile phones with every benefit like we have it via computers? Saving Changes...
If you mean this platform's webinars, then I believe there were plans (pre-COVID at least) to migrate or transform the existing community platform and support for mobile devices might be a valuable addition which would be possible in the "new" world.

Hi all - As stated in the previous post regarding this issue - We discourage users from using mobile devices for viewing the live webinars, as the WebEx interface for mobile devices encounters issues with accurately recording PDUs to your account. There is nothing preventing you from viewing the live webinars via your mobile device, however, you may not receive proper PDU credit.
