Hello Chantal, How do you do? I hope you are doing well.
Regarding the OTF course + exam I was wondering if you have took the exam and would give me an image of how it looks like.
PMI says the exam consists of 30 multiple choice questions in 45 mins. and that is the only information I can find on the OTF exam.
I also somehow agree with you regarding the voiceover in the course, it isn't really engaging, but I completed the course because I also needed the PDU's :)
Do you think the materials are enough (Brightline's Transformation Compass, and The transformation Playbook)?

Unfortunately, I haven't gone back to the OTF course yet. Since 2021, my focus has been on DASM, DASSM and PMI-ACP. I also did the CDP and IIBA-CCA.
So I cannot give you any feedback on the content of the OTF e-course or exam at the moment. I was a bit put off my the material in 20-21. So I hope that I will be in another mindset when I go back to it.
I am preparing for the CDBA I want to finish before the year's end. Then go back to OTF.

Hello Islam I did the OT foundation module and passed the exam in first attempt. The exam is 30 questionsin 45 mts. You have to the review module thorougly and prepare for the exam as the answers are confusing. I find ithe module very useful. At present, working on implementation module. Planning to complete the OT 3 modules before the end of the year. All the best for the exam.

@Troy, I couldn't hope for a better perspective. Is a close read of Cotter with highlights and sticky notes at the ready + a few scars from the ring, better than the CCMP for the people piece? Thank you.
Kotter is a great book but the CCMP certification and Prosci for example take you a bit deeper and more at a practitioner level in terms of strategy and tools. Kotter is a great high level strategic read and great starting point if ever there was one. Saving Changes...
