Why Pmi dashboard isn’t working

working on mobile but on laptop not working when I click

Hello, I have the same problem to see PMI Dahsboard. I communicated couple of times with PMI via chat and the provided solution was to contact my internet provider (?). The dashboard is working on mobile phone, not in Safari on Macbook.

Can somebody help with the issue and provide working solution?

Same issue....can no longer see my dashboard - on pc.....have not tried mobile device, may during break, but would like the feature back if possible

Looks like it is working fine for me, so might be a system issue on your end. Can you try clearing your cache and browser history and restarting your browser?

Close browser, delete all cookies and try once, still it doesn't work open in other (deferent) browsers

I think the best is going to PMI´s Customer Care by sending an email.

I got the same problem from the office today... tried everything mentioned in this chain of messages and more... now back home, it works. It would be a good thing to have the procedure to troubleshoot and/or the prereqs necessary for it to work.
