"Best" is an individual determination. What are your career objectives, what roles do you aspire to, and what certifications are held by folks in those roles? Until you can answer those questions, it will be hard to pick a suitable certification...

people will not hire you for your certifications but for their trust in you to be able to help them, practically.
With PMP you learned about a lot of techniques and ideas. I think the best is to spend some time to practice these and become an expert in some. At least that was my path years ago, I implemented EV in a company, I established risk management, improved estimation techniques etc.
This practice will lead you to your next step and once you understand what is best for you, you can chose the next step. As Kiron states. And this is agile too.
I agree with Tomas. PMP gives you a lot of knowledge to put in practice, and in this professional development path, you encounter some areas in which you show expertise, that could be risk management, portfolio supervision, etc. This will indicate the next certification goal. Saving Changes...
