Experienced in Civil Engineering and Urban Design but will be new when I have to work in social sector in INGO. On that situation, how can it will be to handle the project in different domain.

agree with Kwiyuh.

You may experience two key differences with the NGO.

1. their target is not profit, but impact according to their purpose. Money is input only and not a success metric.

2. You will work with volunteers who will easily quit if you do not treat them with respect and support them. Servant leadership is key.
