Effective Lessons Learned techniques for stage reviews?

Hi everyone,

I'm a PM on a Workday implementation and have completed a fairly straight forward lessons learned after a cycle of testing. I utilized the 4L's method which I feel could have been more effective.

We've had a second cycle and I wanted to do a more high-impact method. Are there any suggestion what alternatives or templates I could use? The vendor also does a stage review
